As founder and principal of Cultivation Center, Amy combines a passion for community-based work with the pragmatism of a business background. She has worked as a researcher, development director, consultant and small business owner. Amy brings her experience from these endeavors into Cultivation Center, LLC to support nonprofits, small businesses and social enterprises in building their businesses regardless of how they define their bottom line. Amy graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT and received her MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado – Boulder.
Outside of work Amy dotes on her rescued dogs and eats pie in her airstream with her family.
After spending 17 years building a career in the non-profit sector, Blair now serves as the Communications & Connections Director for Cultivation Center. She is also co-founder of a social impact company that develops online products that embed relevant social causes- and the opportunity to give to them- into curated niche marketplaces. Blair graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Women’s and Gender Studies.
In her otherwise (fairly) organized world, Blair loves to make a mess in the kitchen while baking and cooking with her 5 year-old daughter and with her 2 year-old son on her hip. Whenever she can, Blair enjoys taking in the eye candy of art, architecture and design.
